Part 2 of Attack on Titan Final Season has received a January 2022 release date. Based on the acclaimed manga of the same name by Hajime Isayama, Attack on Titan is currently airing the first part of its final season in Japan. Domestic fans can watch the series thanks to streamers like Funimation and Cruncyroll. Additionally, an English-dubbed version of the series currently airs on Adult Swim’s Toonami. In honor of the show, an Attack on Titan orchestral concert was recently livestreamed with some of the original voices actors lending their talents to the event.
Attack on Titan follows Eren Jaeger and his friends fighting to survive in a world populated by giant, human-eating titans. When Eren’s mother is killed by the titans, he makes it his life’s mission to kill every single titan, but that proves to be no easy feat. Of course, not everything is as it seems, and when Eren and his friends, Armin and Mikasa, join the Survey Corps, they find out that the titans aren’t the only monsters in the world. Full of wild twists and turns and disturbing animation, Attack on Titan is arguably one of the most beloved animes of all time, making its conclusion a highly anticipated event.
Now, that conclusion has a release date. According to @nhk_animeworld on Twitter (via Collider), Attack on Titan Final Season part 2 will premiere in January 2022. An exact date was not given. Additionally, it was also revealed that the 76th episode of Attack on Titan will be titled “Condemnation.”
